1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and loteria ("loteria," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the loteria online gaming platform available at loteria.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by loteria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

loteria reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other age-verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of the loteria Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account ("Account"). The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
- Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
- KYC Verification: loteria may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Right to Refuse: loteria reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your loteria Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members;
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
- Notify loteria immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
- Not attempt to access another player's Account under any circumstances.
loteria will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from loteria that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
loteria shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
5. Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on the loteria Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits:
- Accepted Methods: loteria accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your loteria Account are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to loteria immediately and must not be exploited;

- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime;
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game statistics, or promotional materials published on the Platform;
- Interruption or cessation of Platform services due to circumstances beyond loteria's reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory actions, or third-party service failures.
In all cases, loteria's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
loteria reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Failure to pass KYC or age verification requirements;
- Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure;
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).
Upon termination for cause, loteria reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the loteria Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or Platform operations that fall within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
15. Amendments to These Terms
loteria reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
